I am a Level 5 clinical reflexologist taking care to provide every client with a first-class treatment that is tailored to their individual needs. My reflexology treatments are suitable for those going through specific health issues such as anxiety, arthritis, chronic illness, menopause and pregnancy, as well as individuals who simply want some space to take a break from their busy lives and enjoy some precious “me time”. Babies and children can also benefit from reflexology helping them to feel calmer and sleep better.
Foot Reflexology
By applying pressure to specific reflex points on your feet, reflexology can help to unblock tension, help you relax and encourage the body to heal. Given that we have over 7,000 nerve endings in each foot, this area of the body is extremely responsive to reflexology treatment. Reflexology promotes deep relaxation and can help reduce stress. All treatments are adapted to the individual clients needs.
Hand & Auricular Reflexology
You might have particularly sensitive feet, a foot injury/infection or simply don’t like having your feet touched. If this is the case, I also offer hand and auricular reflexology as alternative treatments. These are just as effective as foot reflexology, with the added benefit of being practicable by yourself and I can teach you some aftercare techniques to practice outside of our sessions.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage originates from an Indian alternative medicine system called Ayurveda, translated as the ‘science of life’, whereby it is believed that the mind and body are intricately connected and influence one another. Through this theory, it is understood that it not only reduces headaches and improves physical well-being, but it can also improve mental and emotional wellness too.

- Sleep Ritual Relaxing Foot Bath followed by Reflexology 70 mins £60
- Hand Reflexology 30 mins £30
- Add Auricular Reflexology to any above 20 mins £20
- Indian Head Massage 30 mins £30
- Reflexology and Indian Head Massage 90 mins £75
- Reflexology for Children 30 mins £30
Discounts are available if you book a course of 6 or more treatments.
Note: Some private health insurance policies cover reflexology treatments. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and I can provide you with a receipt to claim back from your health insurance company after your treatment.

- Home treatment room with free parking in Altrincham. Within walking distance from both Altrincham and Hale train stations. Mobile appointments are available in Altrincham and surrounding area. Please contact me for availability and booking.
- Treatments can be paid for by bank transfer or cash, and gift vouchers are available upon request.
- Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, reserving the right to charge for cancellation or missed appointments.
